Consumer Duty Jun 2024 - Watch on Demand

The FCA has indicated that: "A key part of the Consumer Duty is the ability for firms to assess, test, understand and evidence the outcomes their customers are receiving. Without this, it will be impossible for firms to know that they are meeting the requirements set out in the Consumer Duty."

As we slowly approach the one-year anniversary of the Duty for open products, we are also approaching two key milestones: (A) the first annual board report and (b) implementation across closed products.  During this session we’ll review the progress made during the last year and explore where firms need to focus attention to meet their regulatory obligations.

Key areas covered during this session include:

      • Progress on Consumer Duty
      • First Annual Board Report
      • Next key milestone
      • Regulator Approach

This session includes insights from Ruleguard on how we’re helping firms to manage their obligations in one place.
