Ruleguard - Issue Comments

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.69.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

 

Issues and Solutions module

 

  • Modified the content of 'Issue' and 'Issue Task' emails to refer to the name of the Issue 'Type' e.g. Personal Account Dealing (instead of using the generic term 'Issue'), to better reflect the content of the email and separate out your 'Solutions'.
    • This includes 'Sharing' emails.
    • Please consider any mailbox rules you might have setup to triage such content and reach out to us with any queries.

Ruleguard - Issue Email Template

  • Improved the Issue Comments feature's User experience (UX) to clearly articulate with which account a comment is shared with (e.g. in the example where an Issue or Solution can be both received, then shared onwards).

Ruleguard - Issue Comments

  • Extended support of the 'masked transition' Stage Transition feature to include the 'Add Watcher Action', to better enable use-cases where Issues are created and transitioned discretely in a single transaction.

 

General Improvements & Enhancements

  • Resolved an issue whereby it was not possible to set a Visibility Rule based on a Multiple Selection Field when using the Prompts & Responses feature on an Attestation.
  • Resolved an issue whereby it was not possible to archive a Custom Field's 'selection option', after having been removed from a Transition Action 'condition'.
  • Resolved a Management Information (MI) issue whereby setting multiple selection type Field filters resulted in an error.
  • Resolved a MI reports issue whereby setting multiple Date Filters on 'system' Date Fields was leading to additional entries being included in the MI's tabular data.
