General Improvements & Enhancements

Issue sharing infrastructure extended to allow an issue sharing recipient to share fields onwards to a further recipient account.
- Issue 'add watcher' action improved to allow selection of users to be added to the Issue from the Issue form itself via a Multiple selection (Users) field.
- Added a pure numeric scheme to the 'natural sort' of the Rules matrix.
- Line breaks entered by users in event subject and general remarks, and comments, are now preserved when displaying displaying the same.
