Ruleguard Update 4.65.0

Ruleguard - Toggle Field Filtering Selection

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.65.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

General Improvements & Enhancements

Management Information (MI)

  • Added the ability to filter on 'Toggle' type Custom Fields using the 'Advanced Filters' for Issues 'Measures' when creating MI Cards, to broaden the flexibility of Issues analysis for those designs where Toggle Fields are in heavy use.

SEARS

  • Amended the wording from "Pre-approved Controlled Functions" to "Pre-Approval Controlled Functions" on Responsibilities Maps (RM's) and Statements of Responsibilities (SOR's) to better reflect regulator terminology.
  • Improved the User Experience (UX) when creating and managing 'System Workflows' (such as Annual Certification attestations), to better enable support by Ruleguard Partner Firms such as those in Ireland.

Person Importer

  • Made a range of small improvements around the Person Importer (e.g. from HR systems) including:
    • Linked User details are now synchronised during an update where a Person is linked.
    • There is a better handling of Job Role amendments where the Legal Entity (Firm) has changed (but the Job Role Title has not).
    • Trailing and leading spaces are removed to prevent 'false' updates in the case of an erroneous entry on the source file.
    • The 'Load Report' now correctly counts 'multiple Job Role errors' as an error and not a warning.

General

  • Resolved an issue whereby the Transition Condition for a Data Library lookup was not considering the Date Parameters set within the condition.
  • Resolved an issue whereby the Date Range selector was not available when setting a 'Specific Date Range' during an 'Advanced Query' on entity matrices that support this feature.
  • Resolved a feature whereby Requirements (e.g. Rules) were not being sorted in Ascending order after an update was made to a non-UK Regulator Requirement's name.
  • Corrected the 'Last login' attribute on the Users Grid to display a User's most recent login, vs. a User's 'previous' login.
