Ruleguard Update 4.64.0

Ruleguard - Requirement Rule Matrix Sorting
We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.64.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Rule Sorting

  • It is now possible to sort Requirements on the Requirements Matrix in a 'natural sort', meaning for example rules will now be presented in a way that more closely aligns with the UK regulator 'Handbook' order, making it more intuitive to manage and communicate your 'compliance universe'.
    • Note adding a new Rule, e.g. manually created, will require a re-sort (click to re-sort, will take seconds).

General Improvements & Enhancements

  • Added a higher level of detail to the Global History around Recipient and Master details when sharing, to enable better analysis of activity and future reference.
  • Added a higher level of control around which evidence to include within a Request when using the Audit & Testing feature so that a User can define whether to include either or both Specific and General Evidence (each pertinent to different Event types).
  • Added Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and Central bank of Iceland regulators along with other Authorities, to support the increasing library of global regulation and guidance.
  • Added a higher level of fidelity to Data Library Date Time filtering so that it is now possible to filter a table to rows where the date is before, or forward of 'now' expressed in Hours and Minutes, instead of just Days.
  • Improved the logic when presenting Certification Functions within a Certification Document Template to better exclude those Functions that had not yet begun for a given legal entity, given the Certification expiry date.
  • Resolved and refactored the Statements of Responsibilities (SOR) comparison feature to better report on changes when comparing two versions of a SOR.
  • Resolved an issue whereby generating a Shared Issue PDF the document was displaying the created User as 'Null'.
  • Resolved an issue whereby the Date query parameter linked to the Highlight Conditions when comparing data with a Data Library record was not considering these date parameters during a 'masked' Transition.
  • Modified the permissions of an Audit Response so that an Auditor may view the Control columns defined in the scope within the Response, without having to also give that Auditor full Control permissions to be able to review.
  • Resolved an issue whereby User's with Edit Issue Task and Update Tasks were unable to complete their Tasks.
  • Resolved an issue when displaying Issue Tasks in a User's Inbox via a further optimisation of the permissions framework that will yield wider benefits.]
  • Resolved a minor issue where the default value for a Toggle was not always displayed on the Customise Fields configuration screens.
