We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.41.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Feature Spotlight: Issue Record Sharing
-
It is now possible to share a Record within a Record Group where sharing has been enabled between a Master and a Recipient and that Issue has previously been shared.
-
Requires View & Edit Record permissions.
-
Global Requirements Updates
-
Improved the Inbox so that superseded Requirement Updates from global regulators no longer appear in the Inbox (but can still be accessed via superseding updates within the Inbox)
General Improvements & Fixes
-
Added Process and Control Type columns to the Advanced Relationship 'Expanded Mode' matrices.
-
Added a 'Focus all' button to Global Requirements so that a User who has accepted Requirement Updates may then focus on all Requirements to begin or amend mapping, vs. having to work on each sequentially.
-
Added the 'Reference' Requirement Type to support the widening scope of the Global Requirements feature.
-
Resolved an issue whereby previously archived Processes were still appearing in Advanced Relationship mode on a Recipient matrix.
-
Resolved an issue whereby Rejection Requests were not appearing for Backup Users or Users not assigned to the Task under review.
-
Resolved an issue whereby the 'View letter' button was returning an unrecognised page within the Acknowledgement Letters feature.
-
Made a series of back-end updates to the Attestation Design matrix for more efficient code-management (functionally will feel identical).
