Extended support for the Accountability Module to manage Senior Executives and Certification staff within the Irish Individual Accountability Framework.

Includes the addition of regime 'Types' information (e.g. 'Inherent Responsibility Types') within document outputs (such as SOR's and RM's, etc).

Added support for Senior Executive Certifications within customisable Certification F&P workflows.

Added a blanks filter to the Process Matrix for a linked entity (e.g. Control) Name so that will be possible when displaying 'Advanced Relationships' detail to identify and report on Process 'gaps' e.g. where a Control isn't mapped.

Added a toggle to hide [Deleted] FCA Requirements from the Requirements Matrix

Filters out Rules where text is exactly "[Deleted]", meaning if supplementary notes have been added e.g. "[Deleted] [Editors note this has been moved to MiFIDPRU 4.4.6R.]" or a table exists with [Deleted] Rules within (other detail is still valid) then these will still be included.

Resolved an issue with the Issues API where certain Field Type and Value responses were not as expected in certain conditions.

Resolved an issue with the Issues API whereby a specific sequence of Field configuration meant that on Issue creation an erroneous error was preventing Field population.
