We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.14.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Issues
-
Added the ability to apply highlights conditions against Custom Fields that may then be used to draw attention to specific rows or columns of data on the Issues Matrix based on a defined set of criteria.
-
This will enable a User to quickly distinguish data that may require closer inspection via a visual inspection of the grids (in addition to regular filtering and saved queries).
-
Highlights may be defined for (custom) Number Fields, Date Fields and 'Selection-type' Fields (e.g. Selection, Multiple Selection, Radio Buttons, Checkboxes).
-
-
Added the ability to add a Transition 'action' between stages that sends an email to specified Users, User groups or Stage Users when that Transition occurs.
General Improvements & Fixes
-
Added the ability to modify the order of Selection Options in a Custom Field for 'Selection-type' Fields via drag and drop.
-
Resolved an issue whereby adding a Field visibility rule that would cause a circular reference was generating a system error vs. gracefully informing the User this would be the result of the rule.
-
Improved the performance of the Custom Field management screen when dealing with many 'Selection-type' Fields.
-
Improved the handling of toggle values in matrix filters where 'null' values we're causing filters to not behave correctly.
