Ruleguard Update 4.13.0

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.13.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Administration

Added control over the ability to resend an account 'password reset email' to a User via a new 'Send password reset' permission.
- This is operating on email login accounts only.

Added the ability for customers with 'Hybrid SSO' accounts (whereby both SSO and email login methods are given) to enforce that specific Users can login via SSO only.

Accountability (Senior Manager & Certification Regimes)

Added Responsibilities to the Functions table on the Responsibilities Map so that these may be displayed alongside Persons with a given Job Role where they exists.
- Where configured, amending the 'Document date' will reflect the Responsibilities (and highlight any changes from a previous date) for the date supplied.

General Improvements & Fixes

Added a minor User Experience improvement to inform and guide a User where no 'widgets' are configured on a Dashboard so that a User may quickly add one.
Made a User improvement change to not immediately focus on the 'add' (new) Contact drop-down list (DDL) to minimise the chances a Contact may be added without express intent.
Resolved an issue whereby amending the content of Fields within an Issue was not displaying updates when switching tabs, until the 'card' was refreshed.
Resolved an issue whereby the 'Hide others' feature was not hiding other Topics when using the 'Basic relationships' feature on the Controls grid.
Resolved an issue whereby setting Topics to 'not applicable' was not 'greying' these out visually on the Topic mapping screens.
Resolved an issue whereby the 'Open in matrix view' was not retaining the date Filter applied in MI when the User clicked through to the related Issues matrix.
Resolved an issue whereby clicking on a Contact from the Records tab was reverting to the 'Classic v2' interface.
Resolved an issue whereby Records were not correctly displaying their 'type' in the Records column.
Improved the performance of the Person importer to better manage imports for enterprise scale firms with employees in the thousands.
