We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 3.39 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Oversight
-
We've improved the way the SOR documents display the personal information at the top of the page:
-
Now, any details that are blank (for example, if you had no IRN for this person) will not show an empty label any more but will be entirely hidden.
-
(Note: It's possible to override these values at the top of the SOR document itself, including removing them. So if you do hold some information for a person on Axiom, but don't want it to appear on the SOR, simply remove it from the document and it won't show up here)
-
Added the ability to 'clear' the date from the DOB field on the SOR to support removing this information as well
-
Ruleguard will no longer enforce an entire page break between sections on the SOR
-
Changed the way SOR tables are sorted
-
(Now these tables will always organise their information first by Legal Entity, then by the reference or name of the item itself)
-
Standardised the way responsibility types are ordered when listed together across the platform
-
(Now you will typically see responsibilities in order of: Prescribed, Overall, Local, Other, Activity)
-
(Activity type responsibilities are Ruleguard's catch-all / non-regulatory responsibilities that you can use but won't appear on e.g. SOR documents)
-
Added some controls to help you preserve changes during the Responsibilities Map drafting process:
-
The 'Copy to clipboard' item will copy the change details to your system clipboard ready to be pasted wherever you would like, and the 'Download updates' item will generate a PDF of the formatted changes
-
Added the ability to exclude the 'Employed By' column from a Responsibilities Map document person table
-
Added a 'detailed responsibility view' option to Responsibilities Map person tables
-
This changes the table from the usual column-by-column layout of responsibilities...
-
...to this view where all responsibilities are organised under a single column, and descriptions for responsibilities are shown if provided:
-
The Responsibilities Map will now monitor and alert you to changes of responsibility description if included in the document in this way
-
Improved the sorting of responsibility references on the Responsibilities Map document in the same way as for SORs
